Cancellation Policies

Program Cancellation Policy

Refunds for ANY program registration (sports, arts, fitness, and aquatics) will result in a $10 processing fee.  The remaining credit may be refunded to credit card or FAFC account.

Event Cancellation Policy

Refunds for ANY event (Kid’s Night Out etc.), prior to end of registration deadline, will result in a full credit back to the participant’s FAFC account.  FAFC credits will not expire and can be used towards ANYTHING at the facility.

**There will be no check, cash or credit card refunds!

Day of the event or after the registration deadline cancellations will result in NO refund or credit.
