New to Freedom – How to get started on your journey!

Are you new to fitness and trying to figure out how to get started?  The Freedom Center offers a comfortable, safe environment for you to achieve optimum physical fitness results.  We provide a variety of different programs to meet the needs of every fitness level.  Our group exercise programs will give you opportunities to meet new people and exercise in a safe, social environment.

All new members receive a one-time free Initial Individual Fitness Orientation to help you determine the right exercises for you.

Our Trainers are all certified or degreed in their specialty training areas.  Whether you want to work on weight loss, strength gain, flexibility, etc., a Freedom Trainer can help you to reach your goals. Whether you enjoy strength training, cardio workouts, group exercise, or any of the other recreational activities Freedom offers, our staff can guide you toward your perfect workout.  We show you proper form and technique for cardio and strength equipment and we prepare you for what to expect from other exercise opportunities.

The Initial Individual Fitness Orientation is a one-time, free service for all new  members. Follow-up consultations are available at a reasonable cost.
